1. The service
LookOracle is an automated, AI-powered style consulting service. We recommend outfit combinations based on your profile. We do not sell clothes, we are not a store, and we do not guarantee the availability of items at retailers.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and provide truthful information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity on your account.
3. Plans and payments
The free plan includes up to 3 looks. The Day Pass (US$ 1.90) grants full access for 24 hours from payment. The monthly subscription (US$ 19.90) renews automatically until canceled. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice; changes do not affect periods already paid.
4. Nature of recommendations
Recommendations are generated by AI and are informational and inspirational in nature. They do not constitute professional image, medical or any other kind of advice. Taste is personal: results may vary.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: systematically extract our content (scraping); resell access; use the service for illegal purposes; or interfere with the infrastructure. Violations may lead to account suspension without refund.
6. Intellectual property
The software, design, texts and recommendation engine are the property of LookOracle. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time in settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
