LookOracle ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect
We collect: (a) account data — name, email and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash); (b) style profile data — height, weight, body shape, skin tone, hair and eye color, color season and style preferences; (c) payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe (we never store card data); (d) technical data — IP address (used only for language detection), browser type and pages visited.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to: generate personalized outfit recommendations; authenticate your account and maintain your session; process payments and manage your subscription; display the site in the correct language; improve our product through aggregated, anonymized metrics. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers.
3. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies (authentication session, language preference and theme) and, with consent, analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
4. Sharing
We share data only with essential processors: Stripe (payments), hosting and transactional email providers. When you use social login (Google/Apple), we receive only name, email and profile picture, as authorized by you.
5. Your rights (GDPR/LGPD)
You can, at any time: access, correct or delete your personal data; export your data; revoke consents; and request permanent account deletion. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@lookoracle.com. We respond within 15 days.
6. Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active. Passwords are protected with bcrypt; connections use TLS. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except tax records required by law.
